When I started Maya Aviation Academy in 2012, my dream was simple: to help young Indians from Eastern India find respectful, well-paying careers in aviation and hospitality. I had seen too many talented students give up on their dreams simply because they didn't have the right guidance or training nearby.
Today, when I see our alumni flying with IndiGo, Air India, and Emirates, and managing front desks at The Oberoi Grand and Taj Bengal, I feel my dream has come true — thousands of times over.
If you are reading this, I want you to know: your dream is valid. Your background doesn't define your future. All you need is the right training, the right mentors, and the courage to take the first step. We are here to walk with you.
