2. Eligibility
To enroll in any of our programs, you must:
- Be at least 17 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent)
- Meet the minimum educational qualification for your chosen course (typically 10+2 pass)
- Provide accurate and truthful information during the admission process
- Meet any course-specific eligibility criteria (height, medical fitness, etc.) as
communicated at enrollment
3. Admission & Enrollment
- Admission is granted based on an aptitude test and personal interview.
- The Academy reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning a
reason.
- All fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission.
- Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment of the admission fee or the first
installment.
4. Fees & Payments
- All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in specific circumstances
outlined in our Refund Policy.
- EMI and education loan facilities are available through partner banks. Terms are governed by
the bank's policies.
- Late payments may attract a penalty or result in suspension of training.
5. Refund Policy
- Full refund is available only if cancellation is made within 7 days of
enrollment and before the course commences.
- Partial refund (50%) may be granted if cancellation is made within 15 days of course
commencement.
- No refund will be issued after 15 days from course commencement.
- Refunds are processed within 30 working days to the original payment method.
6. Student Code of Conduct
All enrolled students are expected to maintain discipline and follow the Academy's code of
conduct:
- Attend classes regularly (minimum 75% attendance required for certification)
- Maintain proper grooming standards as per aviation/hospitality industry norms
- Respect trainers, staff, and fellow students
- Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct
- Not use mobile phones or recording devices during lectures without permission
Violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.
7. Placement Assistance
- Maya Aviation Academy provides 100% placement assistance, not a placement
guarantee.
- Placement support includes resume building, interview preparation, and connecting students
with our recruitment partners.
- Final selection is always at the sole discretion of the recruiting airline, hotel, or
airport authority.
- We do not charge any additional fee for placement assistance.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, course materials, videos, and
graphics — is the intellectual property of Maya Aviation Academy and is protected by Indian
copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without
written permission.
